Non-Disclosure Agreement

Access to PROJECT ORBIT is conditional upon execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all materials, communications, financial data, legal documentation and restructuring information made available through the platform.

Scope

The NDA applies to all written, visual and verbal information shared in connection with the asset, the restructuring process and any prospective transaction.

Permitted Use

Information may be used exclusively for the purpose of evaluating a potential investment, advisory engagement or judicial review.

Duration

Confidentiality obligations remain in force for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of execution.

Judicial Profiles

Designated judicial profiles may be exempted from the NDA by administrative configuration, in accordance with applicable judicial protocols.
